RUNDU, 01 AUG (NAMPA) - The Kavango East Region recorded 719 cases of housebreaking, 1 367 incidents of theft, and 282 reports of domestic violence between January 2024 and July 2025.
These figures were revealed by the Inspector General of the Namibian Police Force (NamPol), Joseph Shikongo, during a public engagement in Rundu on Friday.
Shikongo further reported 378 cases of fraud and 276 robberies during the same period.
