Rubio Declines to Comment on Trump's Monday Speech Regarding Russia

MOSCOW, July 11 (RIA Novosti) - US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Friday declined to comment on what President Donald Trump will say regarding Russia on July 14. Earlier in the day, Reuters reported, citing sources, that Trump is likely to use his presidential power to provide Ukraine with more weapons from US stockpiles, worth about $300 million.
