CHANGCHUN, July 8 (Xinhua) -- Hemmed in by Russia's frozen coastline and the secluded mountains of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), the small border city of Hunchun in northeast China's Jilin Province seems an unlikely place to catch the scent of salt air, yet the sea, somehow, finds a way.
