VIENTIANE, July 8 (Xinhua) -- Lao authorities have seized over 1 million methamphetamine pills in central Laos' Bolikhamxay province, following a tip-off about a drug smuggling bound for neighboring countries. According to the Lao Security News on Tuesday, local authorities intercepted a white pickup on July 4 near the riverbank in Thaphabat district in the province, some 200 km southeast of the capital Vientiane.
