WINDHOEK, 04 JUL (NAMPA) – The Directorate of Veterinary Services in the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform confirmed a case of rabies in a Cape fur seal at the Walvis Bay Lagoon on Friday.
