WINDHOEK, 28 APR (NAMPA) – Strategies and frameworks alone are not sufficient as the success of the energy transition depends on people, State Secretary for Berlin’s Senate Department for Economic Affairs, Energy and Public Enterprises, Michael Biel has said.
Biel made the remarks at the opening of the 2026 Solar Expert Conference in Windhoek on Tuesday.
