WASHINGTON, June 17 (RIA Novosti) – Some 40% of people in the United States believe that there is a chance of a civil war breaking out in the country in the next 10 years, according to a YouGov survey released on Tuesday. When asked about the chances of a civil war starting in the coming decade, 12% of respondents said that it was "very likely," while 28% believed that it was "somewhat likely."
