RUNDU, 17 JUN (NAMPA) - Executive Director of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, Audrin Mathe, has called on government communication officers to strengthen their technical capabilities in digital platforms and data analysis.
He also emphasised the need to develop strategic communication skills to design effective campaigns that resonate across Namibia’s diverse linguistic landscape.
