OSHAKATI, 17 JUN (NAMPA) – A 55-year-old man has been arrested for illegal fishing activities in the sewerage pond at Oshakati, while two other people were fined.
This was confirmed by the Namibian Police Force’s Oshana Regional Commander, Commissioner Naftal Lungameni Sakaria, who spoke to Nampa on Tuesday.
