Pensioner commits suicide in Kavango West

NKURENKURU, 09 JUN (NAMPA) – An 81-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in his hut at Mutjokotjo village in the Kavango West Region early on Monday.
Namibian Police Force (NamPol) spokesperson in the region, Raimbert Muronga said the deceased was identified as Michael Ekanga, and his next of kin are informed.
Muronga said no suicide note was left behind and no foul play is suspected thus far.
