WINDHOEK, 24 JUN (NAMPA) – Deputy Minister of Industries, Mines and Energy, Gaudentia Kröhne has said Namibia expects the mining sector to create lasting national value through skills development, local enterprise growth and environmental responsibility, beyond the extraction of mineral resources.
Kröhne made the remarks on Tuesday at the launch of Swakop Uranium’s 2025 Sustainability Report in Windhoek.
