WINDHOEK, 22 JUN (NAMPA) - The Namibia Revenue Agency (NamRA) and the National Youth Service (NYS) on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening youth training and advancing national development efforts.
NamRA Commissioner Sam Shivute said the agreement would see the two institutions collaborate in preparing young recruits through a combination of academic instruction and structured national service training.
