Stuttgart (dpa) - The driver of an SUV that hit a group of people waiting at a tram stop in the south-western German city of Stuttgart has been released from custody, police and the public prosecutor's office said on Saturday. The authorities are investigating the 42-year-old German man, who has no prior convictions, on suspicion of negligent homicide and negligent bodily harm, they said.
