RUNDU, 03 MAY (NAMPA) – Homeowners from the Hilka Park residential area in Rundu took to the streets on Friday protesting over houses they say were poorly constructed by Armstrong Properties.
The group handed over their petition to the Rundu Town Council, Armstrong Properties CC as well as financial institutions, citing that they experience sewer leaks at their houses, amongst other problems.
