WINDHOEK, 10 MAR (NAMPA) – A group of approximately 200 fishermen marched to the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources here on Monday, protesting Minister Derek Klazen’s alleged allocation of fishing quotas to four fishing companies, at their expense.
