WINDHOEK, 27 DEC (NAMPA) - President Nangolo Mbumba has conferred an official funeral on the late Heikky Shililifa, who died on 16 December at Oshakati in the Oshana region, aged 82.
Shililifa, who was a former prisoner at Robben Island during Namibia's liberation struggle, was born on the 08 May 1942 at Ohamautsi village in the Omusati Region.
