Lack of roads blocks development in Nehale lyaMpingana

OMBOTO, 24 APR (NAMPA) – The councillor for the Nehale lyaMpingana Constituency in the Oshikoto Region, Joseph Shilongo said that his community suffers a lot in acquiring basic services such as health services and police patrols due to no roads.
Shilongo said in an interview with Nampa on Wednesday that they only have pathways that were created by the community members as the means of roads in the constituency area.
