KEETMANSHOOP, 11 JUL (NAMPA) – Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture Minister Sanet Steenkamp said Namibia, like many countries across Africa, faces a foundational literacy and numeracy crisis where at least seven out of 10 learners cannot read a simple text or complete basic mathematical tasks.
