‘Red line a pain in the spine’: Mupya

OPUWO, 16 SEP (NAMPA) – The Veterinary Cordon Fence continues to be a thorn in the flesh of Kunene’s inhabitants, whose access to Namibia’s lucrative meat market is blocked by its presence.
These were the sentiments of Opuwo Urban Constituency Councillor, Weich Mupya, when he was interviewed by Nampa on Monday.
