Budget cuts have crippled sports: Uutoni

WINDHOEK, 25 MAR (NAMPA) – Budget cuts have crippled sports in Namibia, former Minister of Sports, Youth and National Services, Erastus Uutoni said.
Uutoni said this while responding to Popular Democratic Movement parliamentarian Jennifer van den Heever in Parliament last Thursday (19 March).
In his speech, Uutoni said sports must get a bigger budgetary allocation.
