US congratulates Namibia on peaceful elections

WINDHOEK, 06 DEC (NAMPA) – The United States of America, through its embassy in Namibia, congratulated Namibia and its citizens for holding successful and peaceful Presidential and National Assembly elections on 27 November.
A media statement issued on Friday by the embassy’s Public Affairs Officer, Walter Parrs, said the successful and peaceful elections strengthen Namibia’s vibrant democracy.
