KATIMA MULILO, 05 December 2025 - Bernard Sisamu, the Constituency Councillor for Kabbe North was elected as Chairperson of the Management Committee of the Zambezi Regional Council while two newly elected councillors, Vincent Sinalumbu of the Judea Lyabboloma constituency and Rector Matengu Nkando of the Sibbinda constituency were elected to serve in the Management Committee.
