SWAKOPMUND, 17 JUL (NAMPA) – Government approval is not enough to secure public support for major projects such as green hydrogen, communications strategist Hilda Basson-Namundjebo told delegates at the Effective Communicators Conference (ECC26) in Swakopmund on Thursday.
“A government licence can approve a project. Only communication can earn a social licence,” Basson-Namundjebo said.
