WINDHOEK, 17 JUL (NAMP) - The governments of Namibia and South Africa have concluded the fourth session of the Bi-National Commission (BNC) in Pretoria, signing seven cooperation agreements aimed at strengthening bilateral relations, governance and economic cooperation.
