ISTANBUL, October 3 (RIA Novosti) - The death toll from the crash of the Filo Jet ferry off the northern Cypriot coast has risen to 19 after another missing person's body was found by rescuers, the office of the prime minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus said on Saturday.
