Singapore private home prices rise 1.4 pct in Q3

SINGAPORE, Oct. 2 (Xinhua) -- Singapore's overall private residential property price index rose 1.4 percent quarter-on-quarter in the third quarter of 2026, accelerating from a 0.5 percent increase in the second quarter, the flash estimate released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) showed on Thursday.
