Wall Street stocks mostly rose early Thursday, boosted by strong results from chipmaker Micron that lifted artificial intelligence stocks. Micron itself retreated in a move analysts attributed to outsized expectations. The company reported profits of $37.7 billion amid soaring demand for its products.
