MOSCOW, September 27 (RIA Novosti) - A civilian was injured as a result of a Ukrainian attack on Russia's Bryansk Region, acting Governor Egor Kovalchuk said on Sunday. "The enemy struck a civilian's car on the Bryansk-Novozybkov highway near the village of Smotrovaya Buda in the Klintsovsky district.
