MOSCOW, September 26 (RIA Novosti) - The number of people injured in a Ukrainian drone attack on civilian targets in Ulyanovsk has risen to 15, regional governor Alexey Russkikh said. On Friday morning, Ulyanovsk came under a massive drone attack; dozens of drones were shot down.
