Russian CEC Chief Says Voting Spread Over 3 Days to Ensure Safety

MOSCOW, September 25 (RIA Novosti) - Voting in last week's parliamentary election in Russia was spread over three days primarily to ensure people's safety, Central Election Commission (CEC) chief Ella Pamfilova said on Friday.
