MOSCOW, September 23 (RIA Novosti) - United Russia won the first State Duma election held in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) with 80.46% of the vote, followed by the Communist Party with 5.08%, DPR election commission chairman Vladimir Vysotsky said on Wednesday.
