Hitzlsperger recalls difficult time leading up to his coming out

Dusseldorf (dpa) - Former Germany player Thomas Hitzlsperger recalled the difficult time leading up to his coming out as homosexual and the physical reactions that accompanied it.  "I felt such inner tension that at some point I started sweating. All of a sudden, I'm sitting there having lunch and I would start sweating," recounted on the "Wie geht's?" podcast.
