United Russia to Hold Convention in December to Adopt Party's Manifesto - Official

MOSCOW, September 21 (RIA Novosti) - The United Russia party will hold a convention in December at which it will adopt a party manifesto setting out long-term strategic goals, Vladimir Yakushev, secretary of the General Council of United Russia, said on Monday. "We plan to adopt the party’s manifesto at the December convention… where we will set out serious guidelines for many, many years to come: what the party will strive for, how it envisions......
