REYKJAVIK, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) -- Icelanders voted against resuming negotiations on the country's accession to the EU in a referendum held Saturday, local media reported on Sunday. As of Sunday morning, vote counting had been completed in all constituencies except the Southwest Constituency, whose remaining votes were "almost impossible" to change the outcome, according to Icelandic public broadcaster RUV.
