Italian man held after German woman killed in southern Spain

Madrid (dpa) - An Italian man is in custody in southern Spain after his partner, a German woman, was found dead on Friday morning.  The 47-year-old woman was found dead on Punta del Caimán beach near the town of Isla Cristina, Huelva police said in response to an enquiry. The body showed signs of injuries caused by a weapon. The Italian national, aged around 60, has been arrested on suspicion of the crime. The couple were travelling as tourists. ......
