ALMATY, August 28 (RIA Novosti) - The leader of Kazakhstan's largest Adilet party, Aibek Dadebay, has been elected speaker of the newly-formed Kurultai, which is the country's new legislative body, the chairman of the Kazakh Central Election Commission (CEC), Nurlan Abdirov, said on Friday.
