Brunei launches program to strengthen hybrid rice breeding

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) -- Brunei's Agriculture and Agrifood Department has launched a one-year expert advisory program with technical assistance from China to strengthen the country's capacity in rice breeding and hybrid rice seed production, local media reported.
