MOSCOW, August 23 (RIA Novosti) - Vladimir Zelensky during his meeting with the press on Sunday admitted that the Ukrainian Defense Ministry budget deficit amounts to $27 billion, the Novini.Live news portal reported. In the meantime, Zelensky reportedly said that Ukraine needs about $8-10 billion by the start of 2027, and another $20 billion to cover both military personnel's wages and payments to the families of the deceased, which Kiev cannot......
