MOSCOW, August 23 (RIA Novosti) - Norway is planning to allocate about 85 billion kroner ($9.2 billion) to Kiev in 2027, which would cover military expenses among other things, the Norwegian government said on Sunday. "The government will propose to the parliament to continue providing assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 85 billion Norwegian kroner in 2027," the government's statement said.
