Greece plans to pay back some 13 billion euros ($15 billion) in debt ahead of schedule this year, sparing it from being the most indebted EU nation, the country's finance ministry said Monday. The debts were incurred during Greece's 2010 financial crisis and the repayments will bring Greece's debt as a percentage of its economy below Italy's.
