Russia's FSB Says Detained Citizen for Passing Data on Military Facilities to Ukraine

MOSCOW, August 17 (RIA Novosti) - An agent from Kiev who collected data on Russian Defense Ministry facilities in Crimea and prepared caches of explosives has been detained on the territory of the peninsula, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) said on Monday.
