MOSCOW, August 17 (RIA Novosti) - Latvian Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs believes that his country has to receive additional 7 billion euros ($8.1 billion) from the European Union to cover its growing expenses on defense and the consequences of a break-up with Russia, Politico reported on Monday.
