Robot participation quadruples at 2nd World Humanoid Robot Games

BEIJING, Aug. 13 (Xinhua) -- The upcoming second World Humanoid Robot Games will see the number of participating robots quadrupling from last year's inaugural event, organizers said Thursday. The event, scheduled on take place in Beijing from Aug. 22 to Aug. 26, has attracted 666 teams and 2,056 robots from 16 countries, said Jiang Guangzhi, director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, at a media conference.......
