Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Says Kiev Will Use Any Ceasefire to Regroup Forces

ARKHANGELSK, Russia, August 13 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine will use any ceasefire to regroup its forces, rather than for the purpose of conflict resolution, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said on Thursday. "Any kind of ceasefire will be used by the Ukrainian side for regrouping and building up forces.
