WASHINGTON, August 12 (RIA Novosti) - US commercial crude oil inventories, excluding the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, rose by 17.4 million barrels to 424.4 million barrels in the week ending August 7, marking the largest increase since January 2023, according to a weekly report by the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) released on Wednesday.
