MOSCOW, August 11 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian federal budget deficit for the first seven months of 2026 amounted to 6.46 trillion rubles ($78.3 billion), or 2.8% of GDP, the Russian Finance Ministry said on Monday. "Based on the results of January-July 2026, the federal budget deficit amounted to 6,455 billion rubles.
