WASHINGTON, August 7 (RIA Novosti) - US entrepreneur Elon Musk, who owns space company SpaceX, denied Kiev permission to use his satellite network Starlink for guiding strikes deep into Russia, The Atlantic reported on Friday, citing close allies of former Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov.
