ANKARA, August 7 (RIA Novosti) - Turkey is preparing a mechanism for the return of militants of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) from Iraq and Syria after they surrender weapons, the Turkiye newspaper reported on Friday, citing sources.
