Wall Street stocks finished sharply lower Wednesday after the Federal Reserve kept interest rates unchanged while US Treasury bond yields soared. Major US indices lost more than 1.5 percent after the Fed left interest rates level despite persistent inflation in the wake of the US-Iran war.
