US Federal Reserve chair Kevin Warsh on Wednesday said the world's largest economy was doing "pretty well" on the central bank's goal of full employment but less well on inflation. "We're doing pretty well collectively as a country, as policymakers on the full employment side," Warsh told a news conference after the Fed decided to keep interest rates steady.
